Description
The STS Vacuum Pumping system is a compact portable pump unit with electronic control panel, LCD graphic display and built-in vacuum devices:
- Fore-vacuum diaphragm pump
- Turbo-molecular pump 70 l/s
- Safety valve SV
- Separation valves Z1, Z2, Z3 (optional)
- Vent valve VV
- Fore-vacuum gauge Leybold TTR91
- UHV gauge Leybold ITR90 (optional)
The status of all devices is shown on the LCD graphic display as a vacuum scheme (that can be modified from software level) which allows for easy understanding of how the whole device works and for intuitive display of the current status of all devices.
