Manipulator Control




Multi Axes Control application has been designed for easy control of up to 6 axes of a manipulator giving highest precision of each motion made by any of the motorizedmanipulator's axis. Very high resolution and repeatability of all manipulator axes has been increased by special algorithm and routines finally giving highest resolution. It is not possible to achieve this precision usingmanual control.

There are two modes of motion implemented as standard: relative and absolutemotion. For highest precision motion made with our software for any of motorized manipulator's axis it is also possible to define backlash elimination mode as well as backlash value. Special backlash mode so called “one direction backlash mode” extends repeatability and resolution for all axeswith non-compensatedmechanical backlash. Our application also offers some additional capabilitiesmaking standard workwith applicationmore convenient and efficient.

Groups of user defined measurement points make it possibile to easily store and recall any special position for making measurements at the same position at any time again. Very flexible user defined relative “zero position” makes it possibile to set any position (also zero position) at any time of any motorized manipulator's axis. Special joystick controlledmode offers you easy control of allmotorized axes using standard PC joystick (also wireless) so you can stay at the system and position any manipulator's axis at any position seeing it through the systemwindow(if present of course).

There are two versions of our application prepared as standard:
Standalone Application independent from any other application can run simultaneously with some acquisition
and data analyses applications (call us to be sure before simultaneous runwith specified application).
DLL Library dependent frommaster application that is necessary to run ourmodule.We offer two versions of our
library asa standard: compatiblewith SeS application and compatiblewith SpecsLab2 application.

We can also offer a specially designed version of our dll manipulator library or standalone application upon user
