Application

The sample park chambers allows storage of up to 10 sample holders inside in UHV conditions.

Specification

The chambers are not equipped with theirs own pumping system. They are pumped through the distribution chamber (independent pumping system is a possible option).
The sample park chambers may be equipped with cooling or heating option (in this case the chamber is equipped with suitable cooling or heating mechanism and electrical or fluid feedthroughs). Cooling and heating is possible only for the lowest sample holder (after transferring the sample holder to the lowest reviewing position).

The sample park chambers are equipped with connecting flanges in UHV standard different sizes for connecting current and further equipment. This chambers are equipped with viewports.

Heating posibilities: Heat 1 PS, or Heat 2 PS. Depends of type of Sample Holder.

Application

The sample park chamber mechanism is used to store up to 10 sample holders inside the sample park chamber.

Specification

The sample park chamber mechanism may be equipped with cooling or heating options. Cooling and heating is possible only for the lowest sample holder (after transferring the sample holder to the lowest reviewing station).

To transfer the sample holder to the storage the sample park chamber mechanism must be set so that an empty slot is positoned to accept the sample. The sample park chamber mechanism is equipped with rotary drive for precise position adjustment.
